How To Restore Your Teeth With Implant Crowns

implant Crowns

Roderick A. Garcia DMD a Cosmetic and Family Dentist has provided excellent care for his patients in Albuquerque for over 36 years. A full range of dental procedures are provided by Dr. Garcia including Implant Crowns.

Implant Crowns are tooth restorations which are placed over a previously placed implant and implant abutment. Implant Crowns can be attached to the implant abutment either by screwing it into place or cementing it.

The Implant Abutment is the extended connection from the implant into the mouth that connects to the crown.

The implant crown can be made of a solid ceramic material such as zirconia, ceramic with porcelain fused to it, solid metal (gold and silver), or metal with porcelain fused to it.

Implant Crown can be very cosmetic, durable, and long lasting.
